Getting multiple BPDU’s for printers only on certain ports on our Cisco 3750 and the ports are automatically disabled. All other ports/printers work fine just the same 6 printers on the switch. Should we change the posts used for printing and see if the the problem follows us? We utilize a HP3000 running emulation software and when the HP application is ready to print, it creates a spool file that the HP directs to certain printers on our network and up until a couple of weeks ago, all printers functioned properly. Any ideas would be appreciated.
