In my LAN, we have approximately 200 PCs and servers. We now are using 5 Dlink L2 switches DES-3226S + DES-132T modules. The DES-132T is a 2 port gigabit module.
We are thinking adding the Cisco L3 switch, WS-C3750G-24TS-S to our lan as the core switch. The reason I want to add a gagabit L3 switch is to upgrade our LAN speed.
Due to budget constraint, we’ve never used the Cisco switch before. And I am not sure the Cisco L3 + Dlink L2 + Dlink giga module combination is a good solution.
Please give me some advice.
