So I’ve recently done a clean install of windows XP on my boyfriends hp laptop so we could start clean and use it and it actually WORK. Well antivirus programs and everything ahve been installed and I have tried to connect my cable model internet to it and it says its receiving however many bps but then it wonit let me actually use the internet even though its getting steady feed. Could somebody fill me in on what the problem is and what I could possibly do to fix it?
