Clearing Temp Files

Can i use Active Directory to clear users Temp and Temp IE files when they log on or off. If so where is it?

Not exactly answer, but may be helpful:

for Temp IE files, we are using:
"Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" Group Policy, found in:
User Configuration ->
Administrative Templates ->
Windows Components ->
Internet Explorer ->
Internet Control Panel ->
Advanced Page
