We are a transportation business and all of our users are connected to main headquarters, with three remote offices. One of our remote offices connects to us through business broadband and VPN. They were also given permission, from one of the local school districts to log into a Windows 2003 terminal server to access a school bus schedule. The remote office has an HP 4240 laser printer connected to a Windows XP sp2 computer by a parallel cable. The remote office cannot print the bus schedule from the schools terminal server while logged on. I would think the school district would have to install the HP 4240 drivers on their terminal server, but is this all that is neccessary? Thank you.
