Hi,
I am getting this error upon boot with a Q presario 7360. The client brought it in and said he ran a restore with the restore disks. I am unable to run the restore from cd because I cannot get past this message. Doing a step by step start up I get to the file named ccw32.vxd and the message appears. I need a fix,
