Compatibility with windows 2003 server

By amateur_82 ·
On customer's system there are 2 servers with windows 2000 SP4. I want to upgrade the operating system to Windows 2003 server standard edition.
The characteristics of the PCs are: Processor Intel 4, CPU 2.8 GHz and RAM 1 GB.

The question is whether the PC's hardware characteristics are enough to support the Windows 2003 server?

You can view Microsoft's minimum requirements here:

For optimal performance, I would strongly suggest increasing the amount of RAM you have installed, especially if either of the servers will be application servers.
