Hello,
We have a IBM blade – 8677 Chassis. We started off with only 4 blades (HS20 model) and we have recently purchased 10 new blades (HS21 model) and we are having trouble seeing our network traffic. I have already spoke with IBM and they recommended that we configure the switches.. which of course we need help with and of course IBM said that we will need to speak with a different department and that the support will not be free. So because we dont want to dish money out for their support – when everthing else I asked was free?? weird.
So with all that said can someone tell me where or what we would need to do to configure these switches. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
