connecting dial up to CITRIX

By ellebow ·
I need to connect via my dial up Modem to
a remote Citrix server everytime I try it
connects then shuts down to blue screen.
HOW Come?? I have a Rockwell hcf 56 k modem
connecting to a Citrix metaframe 1.8 server.
I have reloaded the software....where do I
go to update my modem or does it need updating?

I assume by software you mean client software. Have you downloaded the latest client from Citrix's site? Is there anything else on your machine that might be interfering with the modem? What is your operating system? I am citrix certified... email me and I will work with you.

I've had trouble with the Rockwell modems, the modem strings are not quite right. Try using an Intel i14.i driver.

check your OS software install and make sure you have the dial up networking and hyperterminal, installed.

You may try un/reinstalling the citrix client software, perhap the install corrupted a .dll file
