Connecting laptop using Mobile Broadband into existing Wireless network

By DCASU87 ·
I'm trying to set up something so that when my boss uses his Verizon Mobile Broadband card as an internet connection at home, he can print.

The house gets its internet from a Cox Cable Modem which is ported into a Linksys Wireless N Router. I've added a Konica Minolta Magicolor 5550 to the network via a wired cable from printer into one of the ports on the back of the Router. That has allowed anyone (wired and wireless computers) with access to the network, to have access to the Magicolor.

A few months ago my boss added a Verizon Mobile Broadband Card to his laptop for when he travels. I like the speed of the card, however, when he's home that laptop can't find his home network and the printers connected to it. When the Mobile Card is installed, the laptop is unable to ping anything. My workaround has been to have him unplug the broadband card and just use his internal wireless but that is so kludgy.

I was hoping someone would have a solution. Thanks in advance for reading and/or responding to this post.
