Connecting USB Bluetooth Dongle and Lappy wifi to access Internet

By mistersampath ·

I have a Desktop which is connected with a DSL Broadband (wired) and another Laptop which has Wi-fi.

I also have a bluetooth on desktop. I just would like to know whether I can construct LAN with Desktop and Laptop to access internet with existing resources. Or what else do I need access wireless internet with existing DSL?

One way

is to purchase a wireless router.
Then you would disconnect all connections on the DSL.
Wait a minute and power it back up.
Connect the DSL to the wall jack.
Connect the router to the DSL modem.
Connect the Desktop to the router.
Configure the Router (follow the manual that came with it).
Configure the Laptop's TCP/IP settings to allow connection to the wireless router.

Because you are a hiding to nothing if you try to create a lan by bluetooth, the sheer frustration of trying to keep it running will drive you crazy - trust me
