If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Connection issues with Outlook 2007 via VPN
1)Flush DNS & edit host file to include fully qualified name (Server.domain.serve)
2)Reset Outlook to default by removing the outcmd.dat file, and then restarting outlook.
3)preformed full virus scan and removed all tracking cookies-no viruses found
When connected inside the domain Outlook opens, connects and functions perfectly. When outside of the domain and connected via VPN, this user/machine only, Oulook hangs during the load up process, then freezes and returns meesage"outlook not responding". Return to the office and everything works well.
Any suggestions? Many thanks for any/all help.
