    Hi All,

    I have a network issue where internet connection disconnects sometimes for set of users who are all connected to an unmanaged switch 2(Netgear). If we remove the uplink cable and replug it to different port or the same port of that switch, internet connectivity got restored. This is happening once in a week regularly. How to resolve this issue?

    Office connectivity setup:
    ISP Router==>Fortigate 40F Firewall(SDWAN with 2 ISP)==>unmanaged switch 1==> unmanaged switch 2

      I can’t say with any certainty, but it could be a failing switch. How old is it? How long have you had the issue?

      Let’s say it’s either software or hardware. If it’s software, updating the software of the switches might work. If it’s hardware, replacing the failing switch might work.
      If it keeps failing with new hardware and the latest software on the switches, contact the support of the maker (Cisco or so).
