Consolidating Exchange Server 2003 and SBS 2000 into one SBS 2003 Box

By scantoria ·
There was a SBS 2000 and an Exchange 2003 Server when I started. Both boxes are configured as AD but functioning independently of each other. For this year, I received a new server and was instructed to upgrade our setup. My plan is to install SBS 2003 in this new server and some how migrate accounts and mail boxes from the other two server into this new box. I have not done this process before and seeking for an advise on either a better approach or step-by-step process to accomplish this task. We are a very small shop with 10 active users. My only concern is not to loose any email.
