After installing a spare motherboard and harddrive to update a computer I am encountering a constant reboot when windows 98 is installing devices. This is as far as I have been able to get to date. I can go into safe mode with no trouble, have reinstalled windows all to no avail. I have only two cards, one is an agp video card (I even tried another video card that is known to be good) and a sound card which I have taken out totally for the time being. I have not installed the network card yet.
Any help would be appreciated.
