I'm in SE CT, I guess about 400 miles from you. I've seen ranges here from $65 to $150 per hour depending on several different factors. My own company bills $125 for onsite work, not the cheapeast, but not the most expensive either.
I've seen others that bill one rate for "server" work and a somewhat lower rate for "pc" work.
Some of the factors that may go into determining your rate may include, scopes of work and your own experience (are you a SOHO appliance ranger or do you know when it's more appropriate to use the higher end products?), what the market will bear, your own business expenses, etc.
Since you're asking the question I assume you don't have a lot of experience billing per hour and therefore not a lot of reputation, so you may want to stick to the lower side of the range to break into the market until you build more experience and reputation in your area.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
