I have created an application for screen pop. I have used the asai_tran node in my application.
To route a ACD call thru IVR its necessary to register in the ASAI domain administration. I tried doing that.
What I typed was
Name : spop
Type : ACD
Ext : 4109
Status : initing ( The service assigned to the domain is failing)
Now I would like to have the status as inserv for the application to work.
Is there any entry I have to include in channel administration?
Can anyone Give me a clear picture of what are the configurations that has to be done for screen POP?
