Source code? No clue. There are many sites that will do this for you, some for free. Just do a simple Internet search on "convert pdf html". Maybe they'll be willing to share their source code.

You can use a software called Magellan 4.1. Go to http://www.bcl-computers.com to take a look.

If you can get the PDF on the Internet, you can submit the URL (web address) using a Form to convert the PDF to HTML. The PDF document will be converted on-the-fly to HTML, and will be returned to you immediately in your browser application. This isthe easiest and quickest option.

You could also submit the URL (web address) via Email to convert the PDF to HTML or ASCII text. You will receive the converted results in the body of a new mail message, in a matter of minutes. This is the best way to get a text version of the PDF. For Acrobat files that are on your local hard disk, a local CD ROM, or on your local area network, you can also use this option by attaching the PDF file to your email message
