cpu fan error

hello i have this strange problem i hope someone can help me with when i start my computer up for the first time it says cpu fan error please press f1 and i do and it takes me to bios when i look at my cpu fan it is working it is going between 2100 to 2500 rpm so i think to my self ok nothing is wrong and i exit bios and start my computer restarts fine boots and all i can play and do what ever i want with it for hours no problem but it is always when i shut down my computer and start it up a few hours later it says again cpu fan error i never encountered this before is there a setting i have in bios that i turned on by mistake to do this i have no clue i am a little tech savory but no were near some other people if anyone can help me i would be most appreciated thanks oh my specs are

asus tuf 570 motherboard
ryzen 5800x
geforce rtx 2700
16 ghz ram
windows 10 pro

Typo? might be RTX 2070.

Doesn't matter. You didn't tell if this is a new build but again, doesn't matter.

Read which is pretty much what I would ask, check or do.

When you see the error message "CPU FAN Error" in POST, it means the system doesn't detect the FAN. ... If you install another brand of CPU FAN with lower revolutions speed, the system may not be able to correctly detect it. You can try to set "CPU Fan Speed Low Limit" to 200 RPM in BIOS configuration.
