When my computer is doing nothing at all except for just sitting there being switched on the CPU usage in windows task manager is all over the place. Randomly anywhere between 0% and 100% ? The machine is a Toshiba satelite pro A120-159. I feel alot of the other problems with this computer such as generall slowness and files not opening could be related to this.
