I have an HP with Windows ME.700mhz, 128Mb Ram, 20GB hard drive and MSN is my ISP. I have multiple problems. When im on my computer, i am always on the internet (dialup). I get blue screen error such as (Error : 0E : 0028 : C0030D12). So i have torestart. Occasionally i get blue screen error when i 1st turn on my computer. Everytime im online, pages just stop loading, but im still connected. But if i disconnect and reconnect its fine for awhile. Sometimes my computer just freezes on me.Sometimes my items in my system tray will disappear. This is very frustrating b/c these occur everytime i get on my computer and go online. Can someone tell me is there anything i can do or is this computer a lemon.
