CUCM 6.0 and Remote Site not working

We have a remote site that was running VOIP phones over an MPLS network. The remote site moved buildings but the provider cannot move the MPLS for 60 days, but setup a VPN through there CO to the equipment at the main site.
I can ping all IP's for my voice vlan from both networks, so the VPN is established correctly i believe.
My problem is the Cisco 2811 does not register to the call manager, and is stuck in fallback mode. From the router i can ping the Call manager publisher and subscriber servers.
How can i get the router to connect to the CUCM as the voice gateway it was working previously as. None of the phones will register.
The main number across the PRI has changed as well, but i have isolated that the router is getting the correct number passed, and the calls do not go through because the auto attendant is not available, because the gateway is not registered to Call Manager.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
