I am on a Huges Net satellite modem, in the jungle in mexico.
My Dlink DI524 router has been working fine, until the status light went
out. It is hooked up to a small UPS. I reset the router. Status light comes
on now, as well as the other lights.
I upgraded the firmware. I went into the router wizard page and set up
everything again. I have an internet connection when I connect directly
to the modem. I have tested all the ethernet cables, they work.
When I am all connected to the router, and supposedly all set up, the
lights are all blinking, it seems like its all happening, the LAN light is
on, but blinking on my modem, but there is no internet service.
