    Motherboard: Gigabyte B250M-D3H
    Processor: Intel i3 7100
    RAM: 16 GB
    HDD: 1 TB

When I press the power button on my desktop it turns on and I see the LED indicators ON and cpu fan spinning. But within few seconds it turns off completely and it turns on automatically, then it gives BIOS single beep and shows BIOS POST and boots windows operating system.

I tried replacing the PSU to check if it was a problem related to PSU, but still the problem exists with another working PSU. I disconnected my hard disks and then tried to power on the desktop but still seeing the issue.

This behavior has damaged one of my HDD which is giving a sand grinding noise. So I removed that HDD from pc. Another HDD has started to make some water boiling or crackling noise but it is still working.
