I have a Win98-se I need to Delete Windows temp Internet files from within Dos or get to the Outlook Express Mail program (folders) from Dos as the system will not boot in normal or safe mode System Reg is corrupt,I tried reloading the OS but there is not enough room on the HD to reload (said bad Reg intro) I even tried Copying to a larger HD (Drive Copy) but with the bad reg that will not work eather.If I can get the temp files off then I can reload and get to the mail and back it up I also know that it is full I mean full of temp internet files
