My boss was receiving his delivery receipts whenever he requested them until a couple of days ago. The only thing that changed was AT&T migrated our mail servers and they are telling me that the migration should not affect the delivery receipts. So I have set the option to receive a delivery receipt on all emails for testing purposes and I’m still not receiving any delivery receipts. Does anyone have any ideas?
