Hi everyone, I’m not sure if I am posting this in the right place. So I have to create a detailed diagram in VISIO explaining the process of incomming data being stored into data files, then the link to web sites and reporting tools for editing, auditing, and generating reports. For example: I want to diagram customers applying for a loan, then the flow of that data going to our file, then that data being pulled from the file to be parsed and ftp’ed to our server, making it available for review/editing via some kind of UI. I mean I could simply do this drawing squares and using the connector tool, but I know Visio has SEVERAL shapes and those shapes have properties/attributes that can be properly filled out to make the diagram live. Anyone know where I can get more knowledge/walkthroughs on something like this?
