DHCP issue?

I have a workstation that will....every now and boot up and give me the following error message:

Client MAC Address PXE E53 (something or another)
No Boot File name received

Then it says erro 1962 no operating system found....if I reboot a couple of times it works this a hard drive going out?

It sounds like the disk is on the way out. When you boot the bios checks the boot order and runs thru each device in turn looking for one that holds an OS. i suspect that 'network boot' is in your boot order below boot from hard drive. Occasionally when you boot the hard drive has a problem, so the bios continues down the list. the network boot fails (as there is no config'd server to connect to). once the bios has tried every option in the boot list without success, it flags the no OS error. Time to back your files up!!!!
