DHCP Policy and Filters (Windows Server network)

    by nfinitemonkeys ·

I want to configure DHCP Server (Windows Server) to deprioritize mobile devices and accessories (phones, iWatch, …).
I know how to set up policies to change settings by specific MAC ranges for mfg (Apple, Dell, Samsung, …), but do not see any way to use policies to reduce lease time, which I’d rather do than just create a sub-scope.
Can someone help me prioritize DHCP in a way that reduces transient mobile devices on WiFi from taking addresses meant for business devices?
    Thanks 1,000,000!
