Interestingly enough i went through a rabbit hole trying to find industries that have the potential but have not been digitalized. I saw some examples of moving being digitalized, there is *********** in Denmark and Movinga in Germany.

Do you guys have any other examples of industries starting or yet to be digitalized?

Most sectors are less than 15% as digitized as the leading ones, well apart from fastest-growing here are the industry which is yet to get digitalized include healthcare, construction, and hospitality, as examples. Examples of medium digitization are advanced manufacturing, wholesale trade, and retail trade.
