Disable Developer Options on Amazon HD 10 Generation 9

Hello. I have an Amazon Fire HD 10, Generation 9 tablet on which I enabled developer options. I have since toggled it off, but I’d really like to disable it (make it disappear) again, since the tablet is used by a child. Developer Options were enabled by tapping the serial number seven times in “device options” of “settings, so I’m thinking there is a way to reverse that. Does anyone on this forum know how to disable developer options? Thank you

To fully disable Developer Options on your Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet and make it disappear from the settings menu, follow these steps:

Open the Settings App:

Tap on the “Settings” icon on your home screen or app drawer.
Navigate to Developer Options:

Scroll down and tap on “Device Options.”
Tap on “Developer Options.”
Disable Developer Options:

Toggle the switch at the top of the screen to turn off Developer Options.
Remove Developer Options Menu:

To completely remove the Developer Options menu, you need to turn off the option for “USB Debugging.”
If “USB Debugging” is enabled, disable it.
Restart Your Tablet:

Restart your Fire HD 10 tablet. This should remove the Developer Options menu from the settings.
