Disk Management

This is actually an easy task. Using disk management console you will create a mirror between the two disk. Follow the instructions in this Microsoft article:

Make the disks dynamic

by marcpen In reply to Disk Mirroring on Win 200 ...

To create a mirrored Raid 1 array you must first covert the disks from Basic to Dynamic.
Right click on My Computer->Manage then go to disk management.
The two disks - 0 and 1 should show in the lower right pane.
Right click on the grey area to the left side of the disk entry for one and chose 'Convert to dynamic disk'.
Do the same for the other.
Right click on the volume you want to mirror and select 'Create mirror'. Chose the other disk as the destination.
Repeat this for any further volumes. It can take several hours to build the array.
You can also use RAID 1 in Windows 7 Business/Ultimate. In XP you can only use RAID1 on non-system volumes.
