My system has been running fine (or as well as you can get under WIndows ME). Then yesterday, I noticed the display has developed several grey horizontal bars superimposed on it, which is very annoying to look at. I replaced the monitor, and get the same problem. What do I try next? Is this a Windows problem or a driver problem or a video card going bad? I haven’t made any recent changes to the configuration.
