DNS Error 7062 and 9999

in my windows server 2003 network I have exchange server 2003 when I tried to right click any account mailbox the systems hangs up and after 3 minutes I get the message says:-
the domain either does not exist or could not be contacted
facility: win32
error: c007045b
when I tried to check the events log I found the problem from my DC connection and when I checked my DC dns I found many errors with ID’s
7062 and 9999
could any budy please tell me how to solve this problem thank you so much

It usually comes from a wrong dns configuration check this:

I found answers about 7062 with source DNS here at MS: KB218814, KB229840, KB235689, KB243849, and for 9999 here: KB198757, KB199792.

Sounds like your DNS is hosed up. Unless you have lot of zones to recreate, it may be easier to check your forwarders for correctness, and run dcdiag on your domain controller to look for errors in the output.
