I configured a new server. It has the same IP address as an old server that is no longer in the domain. When I do a ping with the old server name, it resolves to the IP of the new server.
I’m assuming I have some sort of DNS issue, but I can’t seem to find the old record anywhere on my DNS servers. Is there a way to clean out old DNS records? Is there a specific place I should be looking for this hidden old record?
