I am new to troubleshooting DNS / AD errors; it is an integrated DNS on a Win2k3 server; there are 3 DNS servers. Not sure why; the primary DNS server is a Term server. I would like to demote it to just member server. Is there an existing article someone can suggest or can someone just tell me the how / what to do? Also I have noticed that there were several duplicate PTRs and several entries in the .root; is that normal.
