Anyone have any decent templates or matrixes for documenting software installation locations or IP address/software info?
I’d like to document supported software with a brief summary of what it is, along with what users have it and what server/IP is needed. Perhaps what security groups control access to it also.
I just can’t seem to come up with a good starting reference.
