I am unable to get my backups thru iron mountain to work. I need to understand what is going on, so i can resume automatic backups. Here is what i heard from ironmountain "Let them know that you are getting volsnap event ID 28 errors in the system logs and VSS event ID 12289. Once that the VSS errors are resolved then we can look at Livevault." I have been googling this all day, and havent found anything useful. Just so you know i have a Server 2k3 SP2 machine, i have installed the majority of updates, but still cant get this to work. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks
