Does SQL Standard Edition supports extranet access in Project Server 2003

i have done MS Project server 2003 installation as following:
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with SP1
SQL server 2000 standard edition with SP3, Analysis Services 2000 with SP3.
WSS 2.0
But we have a requirement for extranet access.Do they support Portfolio Analyzer View?

Kindly suggest any alternatives ifit does not support the portfolio views.
