Domain Controller Error

By jgreer ·
I currently have a set of workstations receiving a Could Not Contact Domain Controller error and need an idea of how to resolve the issue. The workstations do not receive this error when in our office but when at our warehouse they do receive it. I think it may be related to a timeout issue but not sure how to correct it. The circuits and all settings are correct as they can check email and enter information but they receive this error still and I need to correct it so we can mirror some directories. Any idea's?

Is the DC windows 2000 server?
Is it running DNS? If so are all the clients using the DC DNS address.

Here is the error message I am receiving.

No Windows NT Domain Controller is available for domain STYROCHEM. (This event is expected and can be ignored when booting with the 'No Net' Hardware Profile.) The following error occurred:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

Yet our full network shows up in network neighborhood and users on these workststations can access email and such.

The domain controllers are Windows 2000 running Active Directory.
