    domain joining problem

    i have a domain with windows server 2003 server.all of my xp & 2000 computers easily join the domain but one laptop having win xp sp2 and with giga bit nic could not join the domain.when i try to join the domain it does not prompt for username and password but an error appered as below.
    “DNS was successfully queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain ICCTEXtiles.com:

    The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.xxxxxxxxx.com

    The following domain controllers were identified by the query:

    servername.xxxxxxxxxx.com

    Common causes of this error include:

    – Host (A) records that map the name of the domain controller to its IP addresses are missing or contain incorrect addresses.

    – Domain controllers registered in DNS are not connected to the network or are not running.”
    where xxxxxxx represents domain name
    but the host (A) record is well i have verify by ns lookup.and also other clients working ok
    how i solve this problem
