I installed a new hard drive recently and the load went without a hitch. However, when I tried to download the latest updates for WIN 2000 and AIM 5.1 I get the following message and they will not download. The files appear to download, but when I try to open then this is the message I get: “access to the specified device path or file denied ” HELP
