When I try to download something from your site
it never works. As an examaple I attemped to download the Word how to. It appeared the page was trying to open a graphic.gif which never opened. The download never started.

FYI, The TR staff does NOT normally monitor and respond to questions posted in this forum.

If you need to get an answer from a TR staffer, start with the help link at the upper right of most TR pages.

As to the downloads, I believe that they use a JAVA script to drive the download.
If you do not have JAVA or scripting enabled, you will not be able to download the files.
Also, I suspect that the download window appears to act like a pop-up.
If you are running any kind of pop-up blocked, that may cause the download to be blocked.
