I have win 2000 on a 12g partition on an 80 gig disk.
i would like to dual boot with win 98.
I know you are soposed to load 98 first.
I have put alot of hours work into getting win2k just how i like it and it would be a shame to have to start from scratch again. Is there a way in which you can add 98 by moving partitions around etc?

The simplest way, would be to disconnect your W2K drive.

Then add dummy inactive drives as needed so that W98 installs on the desired drive letter.

Reconfigure your system, and edit boot.ini to include the option for booting into W98.

A list of boot.ini commands and syntax is posted at http://www.systeminternals.com
