I m using dell latitude d 520 laptop with windows xp professional. But now i dual booted with windows advanced server 2000. But i m not able to boot with windows xp. If i m trying to boot with xp it is showing “Windows could not start because following file is missing or currupt”

Startup file for windows 2000.
If any body knows how to solve this problem. Please tell me as soon as possible. I will be very thanksful to u.
