Can anyone recommend a Dual Head PCI Graphics Card?

Im not sure what you're looking for, I sell Graphics cards and "Dual Head" and "Graphics Card" don't go together. If you want a really good graphics card, try a VooDoo 3 3000 PCI, it does 7 million triangles per second; 333 Megatexels/sec; and does3D gaming at 60 FPS. It's only $149.98 almost everywhere, possibly cheaper on the web.

MATROX MILLENIUM 32 Meg card. Excellent gaming and graphics. A little higher priced, but you get what you pay for there. eXCELLENT

Yes the matrox G400 dualhead card is excellent, it gives me excellent performance
in 2d and 3d. It has "bumpmapping" used in the hardware rather than software for a nice performance feature. One warning the Open GL is somewhat lacking, making some games unplayable (new turboGL drivers are now available on their site but I have not test drove them yet. I have never regretted getting mine (Hm you mean I can play Quake with 2 monitors and watch for people sneaking up behind me excellent!!)
