dump of Physical memory

my system with 64 mb,20 G.B,pentiumIII on NT. 4.0 workstation ,i used to get a screen with showing

stop: 0x0000000A
IRPL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL : ADDRESS 8012e0e2 has been at 80100000- ntoskrnl.exe]
and with some address will be displayed and thenBegining of dump Physical Memeory,
dump Completed.
contact ur sys.Admin. or tech. support.

as i don’t know what to do after this then i restarted the system. after restart, system is working fine but again after couple of days same thing appeared.please let me know how to solve this.i use java appls. and D2k Appls. for ur internal purpose. and oracle 8.0. and smart office.
