It is a Spyware program in the Startup caused Media Load Installer
It appears when you download Kaza or other programs that include spyware
You can remove the mediaload installer within MSCONFIG
go in to the Add/Remove programs within the Controlpanel and remove mediaload

DW.exe is an application used in WindowsXP & OfficeXP which is used for "Error Reporting". The file is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office10.
You are probably tweaking your system outside of the parameters MS has set inthe application.
Try turning error reporting off.

Hi,
Just a suggestion, if your running (win 95/98/me)
then it sounds like Doctor Waton (DW) is turned on, and "the doc" doesn't care much for tweaking, you may want to turn it off.
