I’m currently having an issue with a client machine and Outlook 2003. When the user attempts to open or save an attachment 1MB or more, Outlook hangs up and the attachment won’t open or save. The current settings on the Exchange 2003 server are unlimited file sizes for attachments. I have tried to do a repair from the Office 2003 disk with no success of it fixing the problem. The only thing I haven’t tried is fully uninstalling and then putting a fresh install of Office 2003. I would like to keep from having to uninstall if possible, but what ever is easiest. Any clues to solve this ?
