Dear Sir,

I have a new idea for Internet Business therefore I contacted VCs, AIs, and IT companies. They are ready to invest in my project. I have no prior experience with the VC industry, but I'm in the planning stages to start a very promisingventure.

How much stock do VCs typically get?

I have a rough idea and I want to convert it into the project report.

How do I write a compelling business plan?

A VC is your friend?

It really depends on what you are getting involved in. VC's will take anywhere from 35% to full control of a company. Read the fine print on payback and demand settlements. If your business is not immediately producing results a VC could pull on youor sell their protion to someone else. Watch out for that one as well. Be sure to have it in writing that they hold all of their cash positions or you could come out with a great idea owned by someone you don't know or even worse be ousted from the company once the project is launched.
VC's can be a great releiver on cash flow but unless you are really protected on the program the end results (profitability) could be in their pocket not yours.
